Are you truly grateful? OR, could you find more ways to consistently be more grateful?
Gratitude is on my mind right now! Can you tell?
With so many stressors in our lives right now and with so much uncertainty, I find it helpful to focus on things we CAN control – our thoughts, our words and our actions.
Our thoughts, our words and our actions have a lot of power behind them. In my humble opinion, we should use them all wisely!
Tips to be more grateful …
1. Choose positive thoughts even when you’re feeling down or slightly negative, you can do a “reset” by shifting to a positive thought!
2. Choose positive words when speaking, writing, singing, communicating with others! Remember what your mom taught you, “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all!”
3. Choose actions that will have a positive impact on you, your family, your friends and your community! When we support others with our actions, we elevate our own state of mind and being – ultimately feeling more positive and more grateful!
